This ultra soft Texas long staple domestic organic cotton is combed and ring spun to achieve the softest and most sustainable forty singles (40/1) 1 x 1 flyweight rib manufactured from the field to the finished fabric in the USA. This low carbon and pesticide free tumble dried organic cotton 1 x 1 flyweight rib is dyed with low impact fiber reactive dyes in a closed loop system. From the yarn to the finished fabric, the entirety of the manufacturing process occurs within 150 mile radius of the Spiritex Asheville, NC headquarters.
